Summer Driver Education 2026 (July 13 Class)Drivers EducationWhen registering, complete students profile with their legal First, Middle, Last names as it appears on their Birth Certificate and confirm your child's birth date is accurate. You will also be asked to include the best email address you want the State of Minnesota Department of Public Safety (DPS) to send the Classroom Completion e-Card (formerly Blue Card) and Behind the Wheel Certificate of Completion e-Card (formerly White Card). The package fee includes 30 hours of in-person quality classroom instruction with a school district teacher, ALL classroom materials and supplies and 6 hours of behind-the-wheel instruction with a licensed teacher you can trust. The classroom portion of the fee, $135, is non-refundable. Please check for schedule conflicts prior to registration. It is recommended students are age 15 by the last day of classroom instruction, or shortly thereafter, as this is the age the student needs to be to take the Written Knowledge Test. Registration for July 13th class class ends July 7, 2026 or when the class is full. Make-Up Session: One make-up session is scheduled on Monday, July 27, 8-11 am, at Buffalo High School with Mr. Gunderson if needed. Tardies and/or absence from one class need to be made-up. Students needing more than 3-hours of make-up time will need to retake classroom instruction and pay the $135 classroom fee. Note: Driver’s Education is not funded by the State of Minnesota, therefore, all costs must be incurred by the family upon registering. Our Summer Youth Tennis Program is designed for players of all skill levels, from beginners picking up a racket for the first time to the more experienced player looking to sharpen their game. Summer/Fall Jr Bison Football Program 2026 (Gr 1-6)Sports and RecreationThis fall youth football program introduces kids in grades 1–6 to the fundamentals of the game in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Players will develop basic skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship through practices and games tailored to their age level. Emphasis is placed on learning, participation, and building confidence while enjoying the game of football. Registration deadline July 15, 2026 Practices begin the week of August 17. Games start early September and conclude October 10. Grades 1-4 play flag football. Games are Saturday mornings. Games are held on the soccer practice fields at Buffalo High School. Grades 5-6 play tackle football. Games are Tuesday evenings. Games are held on Bison Field West/Turf at Buffalo High School. Players must provide their own fitted helmet.
