In this interactive, real-time cook along participants will create a playful and delicious Halloween-themed meal from scratch using the instructor’s personal recipes. We’ll start by preparing a savory seasoned meat filling, then use it to stuff and shape puff pastry into fun, ghoulish “coils” (intestines) before baking to golden perfection. To complete the experience, you’ll make a cranberry-based dipping sauce for a spooky (and tasty) finishing touch. For something sweet, participants will bake pumpkin-pumpkin-spice chocolate chip muffins—a cozy fall favorite that perfectly balances the savory side of the menu. Bring a lunch, eat with friends, and meet other parents and caregivers. This class is for first timers or seasoned ECFE attendees! There is something for every adult who is helping their children develop skills that will help them be successful in school and life. This class will include nine total sessions with a Parent Educator (September 22, October 20, November 17, December 15, January 19, February 16, March 23, April 20, and May 11) and will include a Make and Take activity to use at home. High School Ski & Snowboard ProgramSports and RecreationJoin the Ski or Snowboard Program held at Powder Ridge in Kimball with your friends and Community Education. Registration deadline is Monday, November 23. Various packages are available along with options to add helmet rental and lessons.Bus transportation is available or you can choose to drive your student to Powder Ridge in Kimball.Package price does NOT include transportation. To ride the bus, you must register for transportation separately in addition to your package selection.Bus departs the High School, cafeteria, at 3:45 pm.Bus returns to the High School at 9 pm and Hanover Elementary at 9:15 pm.2026-27
