Summer Gymnastics BEGINNERS (Age 5+) July-August

Students must be 5 years by the class start date.

This beginner-friendly summer camp focuses on building strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence through basic gymnastics skills. Beginners skills include warm-up activities, stretching, rolls, bridges, back walkovers, pop-ups, pull-overs,casts,beam introduction, cardio and strength endurance. As well as listening skills, following directions, staying on task and more. Perfect for those new to the sport or looking to try something new while making friends and having fun.
